This is a petition under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Material on record indicates that disputes arose between the parties under the contract for construction of heliport. It is stated that pleading were completed on 27.09.2022 and a similar application seeking extension of mandate was filed by the Petitioner and this Court vide Order dated 14.03.2024 in OMP 2029/2024 extended the mandate of the Arbitral The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Tribunal upto 31.12.2024.

It is stated that in view of the Winter Vacations and since the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is coming to an end on 31.12.2024, the Petitioner has approached this Court seeking extension of mandate. 4.

It is stated that the arbitration proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence of the Respondent.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of one year upto 31.12.2025. 6.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
