Pursuant to the previous order dated 20th December 2024, notice was issued to respondent. However, no one appears on its behalf. None had appeared on its behalf on the previous date.

Affidavit of service has been filed by petitioner. 3.

This is a petition under Section(s) 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('A&C Act') seeking extension of time for passing of the award.

The first hearing of arbitration was conducted on 23rd May 2023. Respondent did not appear before the Arbitral Tribunal and its right to file reply was closed by on 11th October 2023. Later, on 8th May 2024, respondent's advocate appeared before the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.

The time period has elapsed on 25th November 2024. 6.

Considering the proceedings are still ongoing before the Arbitral Tribunal, at request of counsel for petitioner, time is extended for a period of 6 months.
