Learned counsel for the respondent, appearing through video conferencing, submits that pursuant to an order dated 15.11.2025 passed by the learned Executing Court the vacant, physical, and peaceful possession of the subject premises has already been handed over/ taken over by the respondent on 16.10.2025.

As such relying upon N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous and there is nothing surviving therein.

Accordingly, the present petition, alongwith the pending application(s), is disposed of.
