Mediation settlement dated 04.05.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Parties have amicably settled the matter by which the appellant has agreed to handover the possession of the premises in question within three months. Affidavit-cumundertaking has been filed by the appellant no. 1 for herself and on behalf of respondent No.2 and 3 to the effect that she shall hand over the vacant peaceful possession of suit property i.e. E-172, Ashok Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi within three months w.e.f. 21.04.2017. They have already handed over a cheque no. 689869 dated 04.05.2017 for Rs.4,00,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank, Ashok Vihar, Delhi, to the respondent, which is confirmed by the respondent in full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent. The appellant submits that the cheque would be honoured on its presentation. Undertaking given by respondent No.1 is accepted. The appellant shall remain bound by the undertaking given to the court. In case

of breach, the appellant shall bear the consequences. 2.

Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the mediation settlement. The impugned judgment and decree stand satisfied. 3.

All pending applications are disposed of.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of mediation settlement. VINOD GOEL, J.
