Vide order dated 19.11.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

Consequently, the Commercial Suit as well as the above-mentioned complaints under Section 138 of the NI Act shall stand disposed of in terms of the MOU dated 18.11.2025 entered into between the parties.....

Parties are directed to take necessary steps before the Registrar General of this Court for release of amount in terms of the aforesaid MoU....."

As per office record, an amount of ₹11,30,530/- is lying deposited in this case in the form of FDR.

Learned counsel for the respondent alongwith Mr. Gaurav Jain, sole proprietor of respondent is present and requested that the aforesaid amount of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. ₹11,30,530/- alongwith accrued interest be released to respondent in terms of MoU dated 18.11.2025 entered into between the parties. Mr. Gaurav Jain further submitted that the all terms and conditions of the aforesaid MoU have been complied with by both the parties. Statement of Mr. Gaurav Jain has been recorded separately to this effect and he has been identified by his counsel.

In view of the above, Registrar (B&C) is directed to remit the amount of ₹11,30,530/- alongwith accrued interest in the bank account of respondent, the details of which are mentioned in the copy of the cancelled cheque given by Mr. Gaurav Jain, in terms of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Court after due verification.
