carried out in the property No. 1464, Second Floor, Katra Mallah, Kalan Mahal, New Delhi-110002.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though unauthorized construction was being carried out earlier in the property in question, however, after the complaint by the petitioner, the said construction has been stopped by respondent no. 6. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the unauthorized construction has already been stopped.

He further submits that respondent no. 6 has already carried out part demolition of the unauthorized construction, and that the respondent no. 6 has also undertaken to demolish rest of the unauthorized construction existing in the property in question.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-MCD further submits that in case respondent no. 6 does not demolish rest of the unauthorized construction, requisite action shall be taken by the MCD. 6.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of and the MCD is held bound by the same.

In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies is reserved. 8.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of.
