% 01.12.2025 Pursuant to what was recorded in last order dated 27.11.2025, Mr. Amit Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits, on instructions, that the appellant has decided to award to the respondent the Diploma in Creative Writing in English, that was subject matter of the suit filed by the respondent.
Mr. Gupta only requests that the matter be brought to a complete closure, with the respondent assuring that she would not file any other claim in respect of the dispute; and further, that this court may clarify that the stand taken by the appellant in present proceedings would be restricted to this case and would not form a precedent.
Ms. Purti Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent concurs with the request and submissions made by Mr. Gupta.
In view of the above, the present regular second appeal is disposed-of, taking on record the appellant's submission that they would award a Diploma in Creative Writing in English to the respondent by the end of this RSA 219/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. month; and that nothing in these proceedings would construe a precedent in any other case.
