The present petition filed under Section 447 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 20231 (erstwhile Section 407 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, respectively) seeks transfer of CCNI ACT/5408/2023 instituted before the Court of JMFC, Patiala House Court to the Court of JMFC, Dwarka Court where CCNI ACT/25017/2023 is pending.

Counsel for Respondent states that since there are multiple complaints between the parties relating to alleged offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, he has no objection to the prayer made in the application.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and it is directed 1 "BNSS"
