Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned senior counsel, contends at the outset that the applicant does not intend to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 12.01.2026, whereby permission was granted to travel abroad.

However, Mr. Krishnan contends that in order to comply with condition (ii) of para 9 of the said order, the applicant has to personally visit Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., as one account in his name cannot be operated, unless the petitioner himself visits the concerned bank. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition provided for under para 9(ii) of the said order stands modified to the following extent: "The petitioner shall furnish the bank details in respect of bank account(s) held by the petitioner in any foreign country. The petitioner shall also not operate any foreign bank account(s) while travelling abroad."
