These are two criminal appeals, one filed by the Complainant and another one filed by the State against the respondent namely, Goldi, challenging the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 17th April, 2010, passed in S.C. No. 192/2009 in FIR No. 103/2009 registered at Police Station - Moti Nagar.
