After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a Review Petition against the impugned judgment / order dated 29.09.2022, passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC). 2.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.

It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as an expression of opinion of this Court as regards the merits / maintainability of any Review Petition that may be filed by the petitioner. If and when the same is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
