This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking production of the daughter of the petitioner Ms. Mohini. 2.

Ms. Mohini has appeared in person before this Court. She submits that she is a major and has married a person namely Mr. Avinash Kumar and is staying at Pilkhuwa District, Hapur, UP with her in-laws and is stated to be happily married. 3.

Keeping in view the above, no further orders are required. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
