The present writ petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 282/2025, registered at P.S. Kishan Garh for the offences under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.1 2.
Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the aforementioned case, and that the dispute alleged in the FIR is purely contractual in nature, which has been given a criminal colour. It is further submitted that the Petitioner has always been willing to join the investigation and has been receiving notices through WhatsApp. 3.
Mr. Yasir Rauf Ansari, ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that since the Petitioner was not joining the investigation, the State was constrained to seek issuance of Non-Bailable Warrants. Petitioner cooperates and joins the investigation, no coercive action is proposed.

In view of the above, counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer2 on 4th December, 2025 at 04:00 PM. His statement is taken on record. 5.
Since the matter is at the stage of investigation, without delving into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of in light of the undertaking given on behalf of the Petitioner. 6.
It is clarified that no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation as undertaken. If coercive action is contemplated at a later stage, due notice shall be given to the Petitioner.

After conclusion of investigation, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the outcome, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
