The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner for subject "Design of Experiments (Paper Code MEMNC01)".

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that the prayer in the present petition stands satisfied in as much as the result of the petitioner for the aforesaid subject has been declared by the respondents. The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructous.
