By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers: "...a) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction thereby setting aside the rejection order No. F. 18/102/2003/2024 -11/2406-2420 dated 15.10.2024, passed by the Respondent rejecting the premature release of the petitioner by accepting the recommendation/ minutes of meeting of SRB held on 23rd February 2024;

b) issue writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction for premature release the petitioner forthwith..." 2.
