This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner assailing the office order dated 18.04.2024 issued by Airports Authority of India ('AAI'), whereby the Petitioner has been transferred to Pant Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for AAI, appearing on advance copy of the writ petition, draws the attention of the Court to a subsequent order dated 10.06.2024, whereby the order dated 18.04.2024 transferring the Petitioner to Pant Nagar has been stayed in light of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him and submits that this order will not be given effect to unless any new facts emerge.

Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed at this stage. In case the Petitioner is aggrieved by any fresh cause of action or revival of W.P.(C) 17625/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
