The petition impugns the decision of the respondent No.1 BSE Limited of suspending the trading in the securities of the petitioner Company.

The counsel for the respondent No.1 BSE Limited states that the requisite documents have been received from the petitioner Company and the matter is under consideration.

The counsel for the petitioner Company, on enquiry, states that the petitioner Company does not desire any hearing. W.P.(C) 2588/2016

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 BSE Limited to take a decision on or before 25th April, 2016 and to communicate the same to the petitioner Company.

5.

Needless to state that the petitioner Company, if remains aggrieved shall have remedies in accordance with law.
