In view of the observations and liberty being accorded to the petitioners in W.P.(C) No.17574/2024 and W.P.(C) No.17484/2024, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition with a further liberty to pursue a second appeal and in case, eventuality arises, to approach the jurisdictional High Court. 2.

With the aforesaid leave and liberty, at this stage, the instant petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
