After some hearing, the parties have arrived at an amicable resolution of the controversy. Mr. Sumit Chander, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, who is also present in person, submits, on instructions, that she would return the amount of ₹59,904/-, which forms the subject matter of controversy, to the respondents, within four weeks. Mr. Srivastava, learned Counsel for the respondent, submits, on instructions, that the respondents would not take any other punitive actions against the petitioner and would also not insist on the allegations of unjust enrichment as contained in the impugned judgment.

Accordingly, subject to the expunction of the allegations of Signed By:MEENU KALRA 11:10:01 W.P.(C) 3255/2017

unjust enrichment of herself by the petitioner as contained in the impugned judgment of the Tribunal, this petition is disposed of on the above terms.

The petitioner would deposit the amount of ₹ 59,904/- with the respondent within a period of four weeks.
