% 18.02.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, he has entered into a compromise with the complainant/respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since he has already entered into compromise with the counsel for the complainant, he does not want to press the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. and would file a fresh petition in view of the change in the circumstances i.e. entering into the compromise.
