This petition has been filed under Article 226 and Article 227 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 ('B.N.S.S.') for remedy the delay in investigation and trial arising from FIR No.0l57/2011 under Section 445,447,449, 450, 452, 453, 461, 392, 395, 506, 120B IPC registered at P.S. Dabri, Delhi with issuance of appropriate directions in the present matter for speedy disposal of the case. 4.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the Petitioner has also similarly approached the Ld. enquiry and orders already stand issued on 07.10.2024. 5.
He states on instructions from the concerned Inspector, who has been deputed to complete the investigation that the report regarding the final investigation will be placed before the Ld. M.M. within two (2) months from today.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of.

The Petitioner is however, granted liberty to move an application in this petition, if the final report of the concerned Inspector is not filed within the time sought by this Court.
