The aforesaid FIRs are cross-FIRs in respect of the incident dated 22.08.2023. As per the FIRs, there was use of butcher knife and iron rode, wherein injuries were suffered by the injured persons. Considering the nature of the allegations and also that the injuries have been sustained by the injured person, this is not a fit case for quashing of FIRs.
