(C) No.2330/2017 Mr.Peechara, learned Standing counsel for NDMC enters appearance on an advance copy and submits that the identical prayer was made by the petitioner by filing a writ petition being W.P. (C) No.5745/2016 which was disposed of by an order of 25.07.2016. Liberty was granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC for redressal of his grievance including his right of substitution.

In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition. The same is dismissed as not pressed. C.M. No.9974/2017 (for stay) Application stands disposed of in view of the order passed in the writ petition.
