Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 0530/2024, registered under Section 79 BNS, at P.S. Timarpur, New Delhi and consequential proceedings, if any, emanating therefrom.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the Chargesheet already stands filed and the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Perusal of the Petition shows that the challenge is essentially on the merits of the case, which can be best appreciated by the learned Trial Court. 4.
