This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. 2.
The parties entered into an agreement dated 18.05.2017 regarding disputes and differences that have been arisen between the parties. The petitioner initially filed a petition before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh. However, the court had not the territorial jurisdiction. The said petition was withdrawn with permission to file a fresh petition before a court having appropriate territorial jurisdiction. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that court may appoint an arbitrator. Accordingly, Mrs.Veena Ralli, Advocate (Mobile No. 9899987093) is appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes
between the parties. The appointment of the learned arbitrator shall be subject to compliance of Section 12(1) of the Act. The learned arbitrator shall fix her fees in consultation with the learned counsel for the parties. 4.
The petition stands disposed of. All the pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned arbitrator on 14.07.2017 at 4.00 p.m.
