By way of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks release on parole in FIR No. 442/2008 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at P.S. Welcome, Delhi for a period of four weeks on the ground of re-establishing social ties. 2.
A copy of the nominal roll has been filed alongwith the petition, which shows that the petitioner has already been released thrice this year from 21.10.2024 to 11.11.2024.

In view of the above, I find no ground to release the petitioner on parole. Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
