% 21.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the directions given by the Public Grievance Commission, Central Information Commission and Directorate of Vigilance.

This Court is of the opinion that in the event the directions either given by the Central Information Commission under the RTI Act or the Public Grievance Commission have been violated, the petitioner should file proceedings under the said Acts. At this stage, the petitioner who appears in person states that his matter has been dismissed by the Public Grievance Commission. However, the said dismissal order is not impugned in the present proceedings. It seems to this Court that the petitioner is not wellversed in law.

Consequently, the present writ petition and the applications are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
