% 14.09.2017 It is stated that office orders have been passed granting benefits of financial up gradation to three petitioners under the ACP Scheme. In the case of Ram Bahadur Chetry, the order was passed on 5th September, 2017. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondents would pay arrears within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is received. In case arrears are not paid within the said period, the respondents would pay interest @8% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made.
