% 14.09.2017 It is stated that orders granting benefit of financial up gradation under the ACP Scheme have been passed in the case of Rajbir Singh and Rajmal but the said orders have not yet been implemented. In view of the aforesaid position, we dispose of the present writ petition with the direction that arrears of pay would be paid within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is received by the respondents.
In case arrears are not paid within the said period, the respondents would pay interest @8% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made.
