Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after the last date of hearing, by a reasoned order dated 10.11.2017 passed by the respondentCRPF, the deceased husband of the petitioner, Late Shri Hoshiar Singh, has been granted the second financial upgradation w.e.f. 09.08.1999. Learned counsel has handed over a copy of the order dated 10.11.2017 passed by the competent authority which is taken on record. 2.

The respondents are directed to take expeditious steps to release the due payments to the petitioner in accordance with the order dated 10.11.2017. Revised PPO in terms of the office order be issued within six weeks. Requisite payments shall be released in favour of the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
