% 14.09.2017 Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have passed order dated 21st August, 2017. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed the said order on record. The said order would be implemented and consequential benefits, in the form of arrears, would be paid within three months from the date a copy of this order is received by the respondents. In case of non payment beyond three months, the respondents would pay interest @8% per annum from the date of this order till payment is made.
