The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.156/2016 registered under Sections 354/326-B/506 IPC at PS Nihal Vihar. Status report has not been filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2016. The parties were acquainted with each other for the last about 2 or 3 years. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not contact the prosecutrix and shall not intimidate her or her family members in any manner. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
