% 24.04.2017 In terms of the last order, the respondents have sanctioned 102 days of Child Care Leave for the period between 18.04.2017 to 28.07.2017. To this extent, the prayer made in the writ petition is satisfied. Counsel for the petitioner states that the salary for the month of March, 2017 has not been paid. Be that as it may, in case, salary for the month of March, 2017 has not been paid, the same would be released to the petitioner within a period of one month from today. In case, the petitioner requires to complete the formalities and/or to sign the papers, the same would be communicated to the petitioner within 15 days. W.P.(C) 2725/2017
It is clarified that the Court has not commented on merits of the contentions of the petitioner with regard to the posting or any contention raised by the respondents.
