O R D E R

% 01.06.2016 CM No. 21568 of 2016 (for direction) 1.Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel appearing for Directorate of Revenue Intelligence ('DRI') states that the DRI has already issued a no objection certificate for releasing the goods and that no action is pending at its end.

2. None appears for the Commissioner of Customs, Noida. Mr. Aggarwala states that to the best of the information, an email has been sent to Ms. Sonia Sharma, learned counsel representing the Customs, by the Commissioner of Customs Noida that the goods will in all probability be released in a day or two and that some more formalities have to be completed. However, it is not mentioned what those formalities are.

3. In the circumstances, it is directed that an authorized representative (AR) of the Petitioner will, on the strength of this order, appear before the Principal Commissioner of Customs at Noida tomorrow at 4 pm. If by then the goods have not been released, the AR will be informed if any formalities are to be completed by the Petitioner for obtaining the provisional release of the imported consignment. The consignment will thereafter be released forthwith.

4. List on 3rd June 2016 for reporting compliance.

5. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
