By this application, the Respondent 1 in WP(C) 2483/2017 seeks issuance of a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi not to adjourn OA 213/2013 for any reason and to dispose it in terms of the order dated 29 January 2025 passed by this Court, whereby OA 213/2013 was remanded to the Tribunal.

We cannot monitor the functioning of the Tribunal. We do not find, from the orders passed by the Tribunal that there is any avoidable delay.

In fact, the last order which was passed on 25 March 2025 specifically states that there would be an endeavour made to dispose of the OA on the next date, after service on the private respondents. The submission of the learned Counsel for the respondents is that there was no need to effect the service on the private respondents. That is a matter within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal. 4.

We do not see any cause to issue any direction to the Tribunal. 5.

The application is disposed of.
