% 28.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 3-Delhi Medical Council to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 15th January, 2015, whereby the petitioner desires initiation of appropriate action against respondent nos. 4 & 5. Learned counsel for petitioner states that due to initial negligence of respondents No.4 and 5 in petitioner's treatment, he is facing disability in his right wrist.
Learned counsel for petitioner states that he made a representation dated 15th January, 2015 to respondents No.1 to 3 alleging medical negligence on the part of respondents No.4 and 5, but no satisfactory reply has been received till date.
Since the petitioner's representation is still pending adjudication before respondent no.3, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the said respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 15th January, 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
