This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 21 days in removing the defects in the petition. For the reasons given therein, the application is allowed.

The application stands disposed of.

ARB.P. 409/2018 & IA No.7559/2018(stay) 3.

Mr. Arpit Maheshwari enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and states that he does not wish to oppose the prayer made in the petition.

Accordingly, as prayed, Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD, is appointed as an Arbitrator. 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the parties state that before the Arbitrator enters upon reference they would wish to attempt a

settlement in the matter via the mediation route. 6.

Accordingly, it is directed that the learned Arbitrator will not enter upon reference till 30th September, 2018 or such other date which he may fix at joint written request of counsel for the parties. 7.

In the interregnum, parties and their respective counsel shall appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The first sitting in that behalf will be held on 17th August, 2018 at 3.00 pm.
