% 23.05.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought parole on the ground that his daughters were appearing in the 10th class and 12th class examination and thereafter his elder daughter has to go for higher studies and he is required to guide her.

A status report was filed verifying the fact that the family of the petitioner comprises of his father wife and 3 minor children, who are residing at village Daryapur Kalan, Delhi. The 10th class and 12th class examination of the two daughters of the petitioner are since over, however, the admission process of the elder daughter of the petitioner to the college or various institutions would now take place.

As per the nominal roll the petitioner is being granted regular W.P.(CRL) 932/2018

furloughs, the last being w.e.f. 8th March, 2018. There is no allegation that the petitioner misused the concession of furlough granted to him. Considering the fact that the presence of the petitioner at this moment with the elder daughter who has to take admission in college or other institution would help her, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond to the like amount subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court. Petitioner is disposed of.
