By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of two months on the ground of reconnecting social ties with the family & society and for filing SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2.

Notice. Ms.Sumi Anand, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr.Avininder Singh, A.S.C. for the State accepts notice of this writ petition. 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has already been granted three weeks furlough by DG(P), which is yet to be availed.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail the furlough already granted to him by DG(P).

The writ petition is dismissed.
