W.P.(CRL) 953/2018 Grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is limited to the extent that despite the FIR have been registered in the year 2015 till date the investigation has not concluded.

Learned ASC for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer states that after completion of investigation a cancellation report has W.P.(CRL) 953/2018

since been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Copy of the cancellation report has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record.

Since cancellation report has already been filed thus the investigation from the angle of the Investigating Officer is concluded. No further order is required to be passed in the present petition. Petition is thus disposed of as infructuous.
