1. Upon being mentioned, W.P.(C) No.1168/2017 is also taken on board. 2.This is a joint application by the parties i.e. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 and the Respondent Nos. 1,3,4 and 5, for disposal of the above writ petitions in terms
of the compromise arrived at between the parties, which have been set out in paragraphs 3 to 5 of the present application.
3. The said terms of compromise which are taken on record will be read as forming part of the present order. The parties will be bound by the said terms of compromise.
4. The Court notes that the one-time settlement and the compromise has been approved by the Respondent No.1 Central Bank of India and such approval has also been enclosed with the present application as Annexure-PX.
5. In terms of the above compromise, the Petitioners have handed over in the Court today five demand drafts (DDs) for the sums of Rs.17,66,667/-, Rs.7,76,666/-, Rs.7,16,666/-, Rs.30,10,000/- and Rs.10/-, all favouring the Central Bank of India to its learned counsel who states that once the DDs are realized, the OA filed by the Bank will stand withdrawn.
6. Both petitions are disposed of in terms of the above compromise.
7. The next date i.e. 12th December, 2019 already fixed in both the petitions, stands cancelled.
