Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing the FIR No.167/2014 under Section 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.

Learned Additional PP submits that the Charge Sheet has already been filed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law.
