there appears to be an error in the Notice under Section 21 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, issued by the Petitioner. 2.

In view of the same, he seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present petitions and to take appropriate measures in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the parties. 3.

Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

A photocopy of the Order passed today be kept in the connected matter.
