Revisionist/husband has assailed order dated 01.03.2023 of the learned Family Court, whereby on application of the revisionist/husband, the amount of ad-interim maintenance was reduced. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for revisionist, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file substantive petition under Section 127 CrPC on the ground of change in circumstances.
