% 31.03.2016 The present writ petition has been instituted by the husband of Neha. Petitioner claims to have married Neha on 12.08.2013. Admittedly, parties have been residing separately fearing that the father of Neha had illegally confined her and not allowing her to meet the petitioner, has led to the filing of the present writ petition.
Upon notice having been issued, Neha and her father are present in court.
We have interacted with Neha in the chamber as also the petitioner. Neha submits that she is residing with her father voluntarily without any pressure from her father.
In view of the statement made by Neha, the present petition is not pressed. The same is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. The petitioner submits that he would take recourse of such remedies as available to him in accordance with law.
Counsel appearing for Neha submits that Neha is being threatened by the petitioner this fact is disputed by the petitioner who submits that he has not threatened Neha and her family.
