The application stands disposed of.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 981/2025 1.

This is a petition filed under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of six months for making and publishing the final Award.

It is stated that the delay occurred as the parties were involved in mediation talks, due to which matter kept on getting adjourned. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 4.

Mr. Puri, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the present petition being allowed. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, I am satisfied that a sufficient cause has been shown for the delay. Hence, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a further period of 4 months from today to conclude the arbitration proceedings.
