% 18.05.2015 Petitioner's request for grant of parole was rejected by the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi on 23rd September, 2014. A perusal of order passed by the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi indicates that petitioner had sought parole on the ground to get his mother operated for cataract and also to re-establish the social ties. By this writ petition also, it has been prayed that petitioner intends to get his mother operated for cataract. A perusal of nominal rolls shows that after September, 2014, petitioner has been released twice on furlough for two weeks each. He was released in the month of October and November, 2014.
