Learned counsel for the Parties further submit that the present Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Accordingly, it is directed that the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 25.03.2026. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly. 3.

The present Suit, alongwith pending application(s), stands disposed of.
