This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other Appropriate Writ directing the Respondent No. 2 to issue Admit card in the favour of the Petitioner for the subjects of the fifth semesters, in the examination starting on 05.12.2025 onwards and similarly for sixth semester exams with declaration of result alongside regular students; and ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or other Appropriate Writ directing the Respondent No. 2 to regularise the admission of the Petitioner in the final year of three year course, subject to her meeting the criterion of clearing 15 out of 20 papers, after the examinations starting from 05.12.2025."

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks to withdraw this writ petition.
