Dr. Satyajit Kumar, State Nodal Officer of the Organ Transplant Cell, Delhi, has joined the proceedings virtually and submits that against the rejection of the request submitted by the petitioner for organ transplant, an appeal (in terms of Rule 33 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014), lies before the Director General of Health Services, Government of India.

After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner would interact with Dr. Satyajit Kumar who would guide the petitioner for the purpose of preparing the appeal in terms of the aforesaid Rules. 3.
